ListBomb (the "app") is a personal listing tool owned and run by Curtis Bunce. These terms apply to the app, its website, its phone and web versions, and its Chrome extension.

1. Private, single-owner tool

The app is built for Curtis Bunce's own use as the only user and seller. It is not offered to the public, does not take sign-ups, and no one else is authorized to use it.

2. Marketplace rules come first

• eBay listings are created through eBay's official APIs, only after the owner signs in with eBay and grants access. Use of eBay through the app is also subject to eBay's User Agreement and policies, and normal eBay fees apply.
• The app never posts automatically to Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, or Craigslist. For those sites, a person always reviews the listing and taps Post on their own device or in their own browser. The Chrome extension only fills in a form and never clicks Post.
• The owner is responsible for following each site's rules, including posting limits, prohibited items, and any posting fees (for example, Craigslist fees in some categories).

3. AI drafts

Titles, descriptions, categories, and prices suggested by AI are starting points and can be wrong. Check every listing before posting it.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Marketplace websites and apps change often, and features that depend on them may stop working without notice.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app's owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost sales, marketplace account limits or suspensions, or fees arising from use of the app.

6. Privacy

How information is handled, including eBay data and its deletion, is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated, and the new version will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
