Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ListBomb (the "app") handles, how it's used, and how it's deleted. The app is a personal, single-owner tool run by Curtis Bunce ("I", "me"). I am its only user and seller. It is not offered to the public and has no other accounts.

1. Information the app stores

My listing content

Photos, titles, descriptions, prices, condition, category, and a pickup area (city or ZIP code only, never a street address) for items I'm selling, plus each item's status on each site (draft, live, taken down, sold) and the links to live listings.

eBay information

When I connect my eBay seller account through eBay's sign-in and consent page, the app stores:

• eBay access and refresh tokens, encrypted, on the server only. They are never stored in the phone app, the web app, or the browser extension.
• My eBay user ID and username, so the app knows which eBay account is connected.
• eBay listing, offer, inventory item (SKU), and inventory location IDs, listing links, and listing status.
• Category and item-specifics information that eBay returns for my listings.

To tell when an item has sold on eBay, the app reads my eBay order status. It does not save eBay buyers' names, addresses, usernames, or messages. Any order details are read from eBay when needed and are not copied into the app's database.

Things the app does not collect

No advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics profiles, no contacts, and no location tracking. The app does not access or store my passwords for Facebook, OfferUp, Craigslist, Nextdoor, or eBay.

2. How eBay information is used

eBay information is used only to run my own selling on eBay:

• create, publish, update, and end my eBay listings through eBay's official APIs;
• look up eBay categories and required item details;
• use my eBay business policies (payment, returns, local pickup);
• show whether an item is live or sold, and end the eBay listing when an item is marked sold.

eBay information is never sold, rented, shared for advertising, used to build profiles, or combined with data from other marketplaces for any purpose other than keeping my own item list up to date. It is not sent to the AI drafting service.

3. Where information is stored and who processes it

Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, and Craigslist only receive what I paste or type into them myself. The app never posts to those sites. The optional Chrome extension only fills in a create-listing form in my own browser on Facebook and Craigslist, never clicks Post, and doesn't send page data anywhere.

4. How long information is kept, and how it is deleted

• Disconnecting eBay: when I disconnect eBay in the app, the stored eBay tokens and eBay account record are deleted right away. I can also revoke the app's access from my eBay account settings at any time.
• Deleting an item: deletes its photos, text, and eBay IDs from the database.
• eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure notifications: the app is subscribed to eBay's account deletion notifications. When eBay sends a verified notice that an eBay account has been closed or asked to be deleted, the app acknowledges it right away and then permanently deletes all stored eBay data that matches that account's eBay user ID, username, or EIAS token: tokens, the eBay account record, eBay listing, offer, and SKU IDs, eBay listing links, and any cached eBay order data. My own listing content (photos, titles, prices) is kept, with its eBay fields removed. Deleted data is not restored. The only record kept is a log entry with the notification ID, the time it was processed, and whether anything matched, with no personal information.
• Other data is kept only as long as I need it to manage my listings, and is deleted when I delete it or shut down the app.

5. Security

Connections use HTTPS. Marketplace tokens and API keys live only on the server, are encrypted where stored, and are never included in the phone app, the web app, or the extension. Access to the app requires my login.

6. Children

The app is a private tool for one adult owner and is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your choices

If you believe the app holds information about you (for example, as an eBay buyer) and want it deleted, email me and I'll delete it. You can also close or request deletion of your eBay account through eBay, which triggers the deletion described in section 4.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
