ListBomb Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seller: CBTB LLC (ListBomb). Effective October 14, 2026. This policy matches Section 5 of the ListBomb Terms of Service.

No refunds except where required by law. Cancel anytime to stop renewal. Every ListBomb subscription payment is non-refundable: Basic ($9.99/month or $107.89/year) and Pro ($19.99/month or $215.89/year), whether it's a first purchase or a renewal. We don't refund partial periods, unused time, or plans cancelled before the period ends.

Cancel anytime to stop renewal.

• Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime at whop.com/@me/settings/memberships. The ListBomb app also links there from Account settings.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan.
• Annual subscribers get an email reminder 15 to 45 days before each renewal.

Billing mistakes will be fixed. We'll refund the incorrect amount if you were:

• charged twice;
• charged the wrong amount;
• charged after you validly cancelled;
• charged without your authorization. Contact us through the Whop Resolution Center or at [email protected], and we'll respond within 7 days.

Your legal rights. This policy doesn't limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank, or any other right the law gives you that can't be waived. Where the law requires a refund, we'll provide it.
