ListBomb Refer & Earn Terms

CBTB LLC (ListBomb). Effective October 14, 2026. This is Section 6 of the ListBomb Terms of Service (version 1.3), published on its own for convenience. If this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms control.

What it is. ListBomb's Refer & earn program pays a commission when people you refer buy a paid ListBomb plan. It runs on Whop's affiliate system. Commission is paid only to affiliates we have individually approved and given a personal commission rate in Whop; promoting ListBomb through Whop's Affiliate Marketplace or any other channel without that approval earns nothing. Unless we say otherwise in the app or on Whop, the commission is 25% of each payment for Basic or Pro plans, including renewals, made during the first 12 months of the referred subscription (nothing is paid on payments after those 12 months) — made by customers whose purchase Whop attributes to your affiliate link, under the commission settings in effect at the time of each payment. No commission is paid on any other ListBomb product.

Who these rules apply to. This section applies to you if you have a ListBomb account. It also applies to anyone else we approve to earn commission on ListBomb subscriptions, who must accept these rules or the ListBomb Affiliate Rules published at listbomb.com/affiliate-rules as a condition of approval.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 and have a Whop account in good standing. ListBomb users must also have a ListBomb account in good standing. We may require a verified email before showing you a link in the app, and we may ask Whop to remove any affiliate from our program.

Whop pays you, not ListBomb. Whop tracks referrals (normally with a 30-day referral cookie, where the last link clicked wins) and pays commissions into your Whop balance. Whop's terms, including its Affiliate Program and earnings terms, its payout methods, its identity checks and its tax-form requirements, govern your commissions. Any tax forms (such as a W-9 or a Form 1099, where applicable) are requested and issued by Whop under its terms. You're responsible for your own taxes. We don't guarantee Whop will track every referral, and we're not responsible for Whop's tracking, payouts or decisions.

Hold, clawback and forfeiture. Commissions are held for 30 days after the referred purchase. If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, charged back or flagged as fraud, Whop withholds or reverses the related commission under its terms. If you break these rules, we may archive your affiliate link and ask Whop to withhold or claw back commissions tied to the violation.

Not allowed. None of these earn a commission:

• referring yourself or buying through your own link;
• referring members of your household or immediate family;
• using fake, duplicate or purchased accounts;
• purchases made with stolen payment details or obtained through fraud.

ListBomb monitors for self-referrals and duplicate accounts. It may flag suspicious referrals, report them to Whop, and archive the links involved.

Self-referral and attribution manipulation. You may not (a) refer yourself or buy through your own link; (b) refer accounts you own or control, or accounts of related persons (including household members, immediate family, and businesses you own or work for); (c) create or use fake, duplicate, bulk or automated accounts; or (d) otherwise manipulate or falsify referral attribution, including cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, or incentivized sign-ups. If you do, you forfeit all earnings affected by the violation, and those earnings may be withheld or reversed (including through Whop). CBTB LLC may also suspend you from, or remove you from, the Refer & earn program, and may archive your affiliate links.

How you may not promote ListBomb. You may not:

• send spam, or any commercial email that doesn't comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other anti-spam laws (including unsolicited bulk texts, DMs or comments);
• bid on "ListBomb" or similar terms, or misspellings of them, in paid search or social ads, or use them in ad copy or display URLs;
• make false or misleading claims, including income claims, claims about features or prices, or claims that you are ListBomb or speak for it;
• post your link on any marketplace, forum or site whose rules prohibit it, including inside marketplace listings where self-promotion is banned (for example, Nextdoor For Sale & Free);
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or incentivized traffic to inflate attribution.

Disclose that you earn a commission. Whenever you recommend ListBomb with your link, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission (for example, "I earn a commission if you sign up with my link"). Place the disclosure next to the link or claim, where people can't miss it. Not only in a profile, behind a "more" link, or in hashtags. Your statements must reflect your honest experience. The FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255, as revised in 2023) and Whop's affiliate terms both require this. We may review your promotions and ask you to correct or remove them.

Changes and ending the program. We may change commission rates, eligible plans or these rules, or end the program, with 30 days' notice in the app, by email, or on our Whop product page. Commissions on qualifying purchases made before a change takes effect follow the rules in place at the time of purchase, subject to Whop's terms. We may archive a link immediately for fraud or abuse.

Relationship. You take part as an independent participant. Nothing in this program makes you an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer or franchisee of ListBomb or CBTB LLC. You may not make commitments on our behalf. You're responsible for your own costs.
