ListBomb Affiliate Rules

CBTB LLC (ListBomb). Effective October 14, 2026.

These rules apply to anyone ListBomb has individually approved to earn a commission promoting ListBomb subscriptions. Only approved affiliates with a personal commission rate in Whop earn commission; promoting ListBomb through Whop's Affiliate Marketplace without our approval earns nothing. They apply alongside Whop's Affiliate Program Terms (whop.com/earnings-terms). ListBomb users are also bound by Section 6 of the ListBomb Terms (listbomb.com/referral-terms).

What you earn. You earn 25% of each Basic or Pro payment, including renewals, for the first 12 months of the referred subscription. Nothing is paid after 12 months. Whop tracks referrals (30-day cookie; the last link clicked wins) and pays commissions into your Whop balance after a 30-day hold. No commission is paid on any other ListBomb product. Whop's terms govern payouts, identity checks and tax forms.

Rules 1. Disclose. Clearly say, right next to your link, that you earn a commission. For example: "I earn a commission if you sign up with my link." Putting it only in your bio, behind a "more" link, or in hashtags isn't enough. This is required by the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and by Whop's terms. 2. Be honest. No false or misleading claims, no income promises, no fake discounts or coupons, and don't pose as ListBomb or speak for us. Only describe your real experience. 3. No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, texts, DMs or comments. Any email you send must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. 4. No brand bidding. Don't bid on "ListBomb," similar terms or misspellings in paid search or social ads, and don't use them in ad copy or display URLs. 5. No self-referrals or fake accounts. Don't refer yourself, accounts you own or control, or related people (household, immediate family, your own businesses). Don't use fake, duplicate, bulk or purchased accounts. 6. Respect site rules. Don't post your link where a site's rules ban it, including marketplace listings where self-promotion is banned (for example, Nextdoor For Sale & Free). 7. No attribution tricks. No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivized sign-ups or any other manipulation of attribution.

What happens if you break the rules. Whop automatically withholds or reverses commissions on payments that are refunded, disputed, charged back or flagged as fraud. If you break rule 5 or 7, you forfeit the affected earnings, which may be withheld or reversed, and CBTB LLC may suspend you or remove you from the program. If you break any rule, we may archive your affiliate link, report you to Whop, and ask Whop to withhold or reverse the related commissions under its terms. Decisions about payouts are made by Whop.

Changes. We may change the commission or these rules, or end the program, with 30 days' notice on this page and our Whop product page.
